We do. Remote users working off site, from home or conducting regular travel can all be supported. The only difference is our on site level of support if a user is too far away.

Our IT support is prioritised to monthly IT support clients. We also can provide and emergency repair service to non clients for disaster scenarios. (please note contracted clients receive priority and we do not provide ad-hoc support for everything)
