Our story
From helping friends to supporting businesses
TeraHost began when our founder, then working in healthcare IT, started helping friends and family with their technology problems. Word spread, and before long local businesses, particularly dental and healthcare practices, were asking for help too.
It became clear that many businesses were unhappy with their IT suppliers: too expensive, too slow and too hard to get hold of. So we built a team to do it differently, and today we’re a trusted IT solutions provider for organisations across many industries.

That means no finger-pointing between suppliers and one number to call, whatever the problem.
Behind our friendly local team sits enterprise-grade technology. We’re a Kaseya Gold Partner and use the Kaseya 365 platform for monitoring, security and backup, and we’re Cyber Essentials certified ourselves, so we practise the same standards we recommend to our clients.

Our office is at St James’s House in Salford, Manchester. We support businesses across Greater Manchester and the North West on site, and clients throughout the UK remotely.
