Where we work

Our office is at St James’s House in Salford, a few minutes from Manchester city centre. From here we provide business IT support to offices, practices and workplaces across Greater Manchester and the North West, with on-site engineers when hands-on help is needed.
Most problems are fixed remotely within minutes, which means we can also look after businesses elsewhere in the UK just as effectively. Whether you have five users or fifty, one office or several, you get the same friendly team and one number to call.

How quickly will you reply?
Messages and quote requests are answered within one working day. If you’re an existing client with an urgent problem, call us and an engineer will help straight away.
Is the IT review really free?
Yes. We look at your devices, security, backups and contracts, then share our findings and recommendations with no obligation to sign up.
Can you help if we already have an IT provider?
Yes. Many of our clients came to us from another provider. We can review your current setup and, if you decide to move, handle the handover for you.
